Michael Polk has been named the Interim Chief Executive Officer at Implus Corporation,
marking a significant leadership transition for the market leader in athletic,
fitness, and outdoor accessories. The announcement was made on February 10,
2020, as Seth Richards and Todd Vore, the company’s former CEO and President
respectively, step down to explore other ventures.

Prior to joining Implus, Michael Polk served as President and CEO of Newell Brands from 2011 to
2019. His extensive experience includes executive roles at Unilever and Kraft,
as well as a career start at The Procter & Gamble Company. Polk is also a
member of the Boards of Directors of Colgate-Palmolive Company and Logitech International.
In addition to his leadership roles, Michael Polk
holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree in
operations research and industrial engineering from Cornell University. His
academic and professional background positions him well to steer Implus towards
continued success.
